The Magic365 Casino website (magic365.info) is owned and managed by Magic Stones N.V. (company number: 155186), registered and regulated in Curaçao, located at Dr. H. Fergusonweg 1, 4797, Willemstad, Curaçao. The casino operates under a license from the Curaçao Gaming Authority, license number OGL/2024/566/0462, issued on 26.03.2025. Payment processing services are provided by Magic Stones Limited (HE 415584), registered at 3 Chytron Street, Flat/Office 301, P.C. 1075, Nicosia, Cyprus, under Billing Agent Agreement #1, dated 25.11.2020.

1. Introduction

1.1. By accessing or using any part of magic365.info (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and by creating an account, players agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, the privacy policy, game rules, promotion terms, bonuses, and any special offers available on the Site.

Any breach of this restriction may result in account suspension or closure, and the Company reserves the right to decide whether deposits, balances, or other funds are refundable.

4.4. The Company is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations related to gambling winnings. If winnings are taxable in your jurisdiction, it is your responsibility to declare any wins or losses to the relevant authorities.

4.5. These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Curaçao courts for resolving any disputes, claims, or counterclaims arising from these Terms, including matters relating to their formation, legality, effect, interpretation, or enforcement.

Game Provider Restrictions

4.6. Certain games are restricted in specific countries. For example:

Currency Restrictions:

Certain games are restricted by currency, for example:

5. Account Opening Conditions

5.1. Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to register or use the Site. The Company may request documents to verify your age. Using the Site while underage is a breach of these Terms, giving the Company the right to suspend or terminate your account if age verification is not provided.

5.2. To open an account, players must provide a valid email address, choose an account currency, and create a secure password.

5.2.1. For smooth deposits and withdrawals, we strongly recommend using your local currency when creating an account.

5.3. After registration, players must provide full name, date of birth, address, and phone number. All information must be accurate and up to date. Failure to update personal details may result in account limitations or restrictions on promotional offers.

5.5. Only one account per player, computer, IP address, or phone is allowed. Any additional accounts will be considered “Duplicate Accounts” and may be closed, with all transactions, winnings, and bonuses forfeited. Permission must be obtained from the Company if a Duplicate Account is needed due to lost access. Intentional creation of Duplicate Accounts to exploit bonuses will not be refunded.

6. Identity Verification and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

6.1. By using the Site, you confirm that:

6.1.1. You are at least 18 years old (or of legal gambling age in your country);
6.1.2. You are the legitimate owner of the funds in your account, and all information provided is true and matches the details on payment methods used for deposits or withdrawals.

6.2. By agreeing to these Terms, you authorize the Company to conduct identity verification (“KYC”) checks, which may involve third parties and regulatory authorities.

6.3. All deposits are subject to KYC procedures. Verification may include providing photos of ID documents, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of ownership of payment methods. Additional information about your source of income may also be requested. Failure to provide accurate documentation may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.

6.4. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

6.5. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and denial of Site access.

6.6. If the Company cannot verify your legal age:

AML Principles and Procedures

6.7. The Site strictly follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures, including Due Diligence (DD) and KYC policies. Anonymous accounts are prohibited, and accounts must be verified promptly.

6.8. Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) must disclose their status. PEPs include individuals in high-ranking positions, their family members, and close associates.

6.9. The Company may investigate suspicious activity and report it to relevant authorities without prior notice. Accounts may be suspended, blocked, or closed, and funds withheld in case of suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activities.

6.10. Withdrawals must generally be processed via the same method used for deposits. The Company may split withdrawals among payment methods if multiple methods were used, in line with AML regulations.

6.11. Depositing funds obtained illegally, fraudulently, or from criminal activity is prohibited. Failure to provide requested information may result in account blocking. The Company reserves the right to close accounts and report transactions to authorities if money laundering or illegal activity is suspected.

7. Username, Password, and Security

7.1. You must keep your login credentials confidential. If you forget your password, use the «Forgot your password?» feature to recover it.

7.2. You are responsible for all activity on your account, including losses due to unauthorized access.

7.3. Notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches. The Company is not liable for damages caused by third parties accessing your account.

8. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

8.1. To play, your account must contain funds. Deposits may take time to appear in your account, which should be considered when claiming bonuses.

8.2. All deposited funds must be legally obtained. You agree not to dispute or reverse transactions to evade responsibilities.

8.3. Deposits from third parties (friends, family, partners) are prohibited. Only accounts/cards in your name may be used. Violations may lead to forfeiture of winnings.

8.4. Bank transfer fees are borne by the recipient.

8.5. Cash deposits are not accepted. Third-party services may be used for payment processing, and you agree to cooperate with them.

8.6. You must not cancel or reverse payments. Any related expenses will be your responsibility.

8.7. Suspicious or fraudulent deposits (e.g., stolen cards, unauthorized refunds, money laundering) may result in account blocking, canceled payouts, and reporting to authorities.

8.8. Your account is not a bank account. Funds are not insured, and no interest is accrued.

8.9. The Company is not responsible for currency fluctuations.

8.10. 1-Click System Payments: You accept all fees, taxes, and obligations for purchases made on the Site. Payments are final after clicking «Pay». Compliance with local laws is your responsibility.

8.11. Recurring Payments: You authorize automatic charges to your card. Maintain sufficient balance. To cancel, contact support at least 5 business days before the next payment. Transactions will appear as «magic365.info442033185342» or as determined by the payment provider.

Withdrawals

8.12. Withdrawals require:

  • Verified payments with no disputes or cancellations
  • Completion of all identity verification procedures

8.13. Before withdrawing:

  • Profile must have confirmed email and phone
  • Withdraw to the same payment method as deposit; alternate options may be offered if necessary
  • Minimum turnover: 3× your deposit (safe bets in Table/Other/Crash/Live Games excluded)
  • No active bonus games or free/risk-free bets
  • Maximum monthly withdrawal: $80,000 (exceptions require admin approval)
  • Daily limit: $4,000, Weekly: $20,000, Monthly: $80,000

  • Only one active withdrawal request at a time; processed in order received

8.14. Withdrawals of unused funds may incur a 20% fee at the Company’s discretion. Minimum turnover still applies.

8.15. Withdrawals over $2,000 may require additional transaction checks (up to 72 hours).

8.16. No-deposit bonus withdrawals may have limits.

8.17. Standard processing time: up to 36 hours.

8.18. Withdrawals from bank transfer deposits may take up to 5 business days.

8.19. Crypto withdrawals must use your own address. The Company is not responsible for errors.

8.20. The Company may perform additional transaction checks (up to 30 days).

8.21. Any information from support or account managers is indicative; final decisions rest with the payment department.

8.22. Documents may be requested before withdrawal, including:

  • Photo ID (passport)
  • Proof of address (recent utility bill or bank statement)
  • Proof of ownership of payment method (card scans with partial numbers visible, bank statements showing deposits)

8.23. You are responsible for providing accurate withdrawal information. The Company is not liable for errors due to incorrect details provided by you.

9. Rules of Playing and Betting on the Site

9.1. You understand and accept the general rules, methods, and procedures for gaming on the Site. You must not engage in actions that could harm the Company’s reputation.

9.2. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information related to your bets before confirming them.

9.3. You acknowledge the risk of losing deposited funds. All gambling is at your own choice, risk, and responsibility. You understand this is a game of chance and should play responsibly. You have access to self-exclusion tools and responsible gaming rules. You cannot claim losses or damages from the Company.

9.4. The Company may refuse to process transactions if Terms are violated. Transactions are only valid after confirmation. Contact support if confirmation is not received.

9.5. Only one active tab per account is allowed during gameplay. Multiple active tabs may void winnings and lead to account suspension.

9.6. Official Site time is UTC+3:00, which applies to all promotions and events.

10. Bonus Funds

After account creation, you may receive bonuses for certain achievements. Bonus amounts may have restrictions based on wagering requirements.

10.1. Bonus Funds: Description

  • Bonuses must be activated before use. Read Bonus Terms carefully.
  • Bonus money is added to your total balance (cash + bonus). Real money is used first, then bonus funds, unless stated otherwise.
  • Winnings from bonuses are credited to total balance but cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met.
  • Once requirements are fulfilled, bonus funds transfer to main balance, allowing withdrawal.
  • Not all bets count toward wagering; some games are excluded or partially counted.
  • Only one bonus can be active at a time.
  • Wagering requirements are void if balance drops to $0.2.
  • Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation.
  • A confirmed phone number is required to receive bonuses.

10.1.2. The Company may change bonus Terms at any time. Players must stay informed.

10.1.3. Management may set limits on maximum bonus amounts.

10.2. Bonus Funds: Wagering

  • Wagering a bonus requires placing bets according to the Bonus Terms.
  • Table games (Roulette, Sic Bo, Baccarat, Live Casino) and video poker may not count toward wagering.
  • Maximum bet counting toward bonus wagering: $2.
  • For Space Plinko (VeliPlay), the bonus wagering rate is 0.1.

10.2.1. Games prohibited with active bonuses:

  • Jackpot games
  • Games with cumulative multipliers/bonus scales
  • Games allowing individual reel spins or locks
  • Games with RTP ≥ 97.05%

10.3. Bonus Activation and Priority

Bonus Statuses:

  • In Profile – available for activation
  • Activated – awaiting deposit or automatically activated (no-deposit bonus)
  • Wagering Pending – bonus waiting to be wagered
  • Bonus Wagered – wagering completed
  • Bonus Canceled – canceled by player or support

Only one bonus can be active at a time. The next bonus can be activated only if the previous bonus is Wagered or Canceled. Bonuses in Wagering Pending status block new activations.

10.4. Bonus Abuse

  • Bonuses are gifts/rewards, not commercial profit guarantees.
  • The Company may check gaming/payment activity to prevent fraud. Detected abuse may result in:
    • Disabling future bonus eligibility
    • Requiring compensation for losses

Common examples of abuse:

  1. High bets to inflate balance, then lowering bets to reduce wagering risk
  2. Numerous minimal bets to quickly meet wagering requirements (e.g., betting all roulette numbers)
  3. Bets or bonus round purchases over $2 with active bonus
  4. Delaying game rounds (free spins or bonus games) to claim winnings later
  5. Playing simultaneously in multiple tabs
  6. Betting on sports with active bonus, then cashing out

11. Account Expiration and Cancellation

11.1. You are responsible for all activity on your account until closure is confirmed. Responsibility applies from the moment you request closure until full deletion by the Company.

11.2. The Company may charge fees or debts before account closure. Deleted, blocked, or annulled accounts cannot receive refunds, bonuses, or payouts.

11.3. After account annulment, neither party has obligations to the other.

11.4. Accounts may be blocked or deleted without notice if:

  • The Company decides not to provide services to you;
  • Your connection to a previously deleted or blocked account is found;
  • Attempts to hack, manipulate software, or commit fraud are detected;
  • The account is used from restricted jurisdictions;
  • Offensive content is posted on the Site.

11.5. Accounts inactive for 180 days may incur a monthly $10 service fee. Notifications will be sent. Insufficient balances will be confiscated.

11.6. Accounts with zero balance and inactivity over 180 days may be blocked without further charges.

11.7. Accounts inactive for 30 months with remaining funds will have those funds returned if possible.

12. Refund Policy

  • All games and bets are for entertainment only.
  • Real money bets are deducted automatically and cannot be refunded.
  • Refunds for accounts created by minors may have processing fees deducted.

13. Conspiracy, Fraud, and Criminal Activity

13.1. Forbidden activities include:

  • Sharing personal info with third parties;
  • Using malicious software, exploits, or bots;
  • Fraudulent funding (stolen or cloned cards);
  • Money laundering or other criminal activity;
  • Conspiring with other players to manipulate outcomes.

13.2. Suspected fraud may lead to cancellation of winnings and bonuses.

13.3. The Company may investigate conspiracies and is not responsible for losses caused by fraud.

13.4. Report suspected conspiracies via email immediately.

13.5. Accounts may be blocked for suspected fraud without refund. Cooperation with investigations is required.

13.6.–13.8. Use of prohibited software can result in account suspension or blocking for up to 75 days. No refunds are provided if fraud is detected.

14. Other Prohibited Actions

14.1. Offensive, aggressive, or violent content is prohibited.

14.2. Malicious software, viruses, spam, or mass mailing is forbidden. Do not distort or delete Site data.

14.3. Site use is for personal entertainment only; copying content requires written consent.

14.4. Hacking or unauthorized access attempts may lead to account blocking and legal notification.

14.5. The Company is not liable for losses from technical failures, IT malfunctions, viruses, or internet provider issues.

14.6. Selling or transferring accounts, or intentionally losing chips for another player, is prohibited.

15. Changes to the Site

15.1. The Company may modify or add services at any time to improve the Site.

16. System Errors

16.1. In case of game or system errors, the administration will resolve issues promptly. The Company is not responsible for player equipment malfunctions or ISP failures.

17. Errors or Deficiencies

17.1.–17.2. Errors in bets, winnings, or refunds may occur. The Company may cancel or limit bets.

17.3. Funds credited in error must be returned if already used.

17.4.–17.5. The Company, its employees, partners, and licensors are not liable for damages caused by errors or improper use of online information.

18. Limitation of Liability

18.1. Using the Site is at your own risk.

18.2. The Company does not provide additional warranties beyond what is stated; implied warranties are excluded to the fullest extent allowed by law.

18.3. The Company is not responsible for legal violations, contract breaches, losses, damages (including loss of income, reputation, or data), or content found via the Site.

19. Violation of Terms

19.1.–19.2. You must fully compensate the Company for any costs, damages, or legal expenses caused by violating the Terms or laws, or third-party rights.

19.3. The Company may, at its discretion:

  • Notify you of violations and demand compliance;
  • Temporarily suspend your account;
  • Block your account;
  • Withdraw payments, bonuses, or winnings from serious violations.

19.4. Usernames and passwords may be revoked if Terms are not followed.

20. Intellectual Property Rights

20.1.–20.3. All content on the Site is protected by copyright or licenses. Downloading or printing is only allowed for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction of trademarks, logos, or materials is prohibited.

20.4. Players are responsible for damages caused by prohibited actions and must report them to the Site.

21. Your Personal Information

21.1.–21.4. Personal data is handled according to the Site’s privacy policy. Data is used only as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Access is restricted to relevant employees, and correspondence is kept for accuracy.

22. Use of Cookies

23. Complaints and Notifications

23.1.–23.2. Complaints should first go to support. Server records and correspondence are considered final evidence in disputes.

23.3. Game results are determined by the server RNG; server data prevails over client display in case of discrepancies. Human error or technical issues may cause losses.

24. Interpretation

24.1. The English version of the Terms is authoritative. Translations are for convenience only.

25. Assignment of Rights and Obligations

25.1. The Company may transfer or sublicense these Terms, provided conditions remain at least equally advantageous to users.

26. Force Majeure

26.1.–26.2. The Company is not liable for failures due to events beyond control (natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, network disruptions, industrial disputes, DDOS attacks, etc.). Site access may be restricted temporarily.

27. Disclaimer of Liabilities

27.1.–27.3. Failure to enforce any obligation does not waive the Company’s rights. Waivers are only valid if communicated in writing and are generally limited in time (e.g., 30 days for service blocking).

28. Validity of the Agreement

28.1. If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be amended according to applicable law without affecting the remaining Terms.

29.1. The Site may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for their content, owners’ actions, advertisements, or sponsors. Using these links is at your own risk.
