Refund Policy – Magic365

The Refund Policy is an attachment to the Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you read and understand both documents before playing.

General Rules

  • All bets at Casino Magic 365 are processed in real time. Once a bet is placed and the outcome determined, funds cannot be refunded.
  • Refund requests will only be considered if submitted within 24 hours of the transaction and if the funds remain unused on your account balance.

Verification Requirements

To process a refund request, you must:

  • Verify your identity and current address.
  • Verify ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds.

In some cases, additional documentation may be requested. The review of your request will remain on hold until all required documents are provided.

  • Failure to provide the required documents within 7 days will result in closure of the request, and the refund will not be considered.

Account Status After Refund Review

  • Regardless of the outcome, once the refund request is reviewed, your account will be blocked permanently.
  • Refunds cannot be processed from already blocked accounts, except under special conditions outlined below.

Special Refund Cases

  • Transactions made with a debit or credit card may be refunded unilaterally if deemed a security risk or for legal reasons (e.g., suspected stolen card).
  • Refunds requested after account closure will not exceed deposits from the last gaming session.

Winnings and Bonuses

  • Any remaining winnings or bonuses will be deducted from your balance before calculating the refund amount.

Payment Methods

  • Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original deposit.
  • If this is not possible, an alternative payment method from the Cashbox will be suggested.

Minimum Refund Amount

  • Refund requests below $20 will not be considered.
  • Processing fees may be deducted from the total refund amount.

Blocked Accounts and Deadlines

  • If no refund request is made within 30 days of account blockage, all remaining funds will be debited from the account.

Official Language

  • The original English text of the Terms prevails over translations in case of discrepancies.
